Trip 4 Itinerary (May 2010 - December 2011)

- This trip changed my life. I lived here, studied Spanish and travelled to so many amazing places around South America.

I travelled overland very fast from Buenos Aires - Argentina up to Ecuador, but spent 10 days in Salta during this trip. Flying was out of the question, real backpackers don't do that! From Ecuador up to the coffee region in Salento - Colombia follows a natural travel route. By then I was tired out and flew up to the north coast of Colombia for a month. From there I headed west, then south to Medellin where I ended up staying for 5 months and studied Spanish! By years end I was keen to go to Venezuela for the first time. From Medellin to Venezuela to Brazil then back to Colombia with places following a natural route. This itinerary continues in 2011!
